ArtPhotoSoul, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) owns and operates antoinettelashley.com and the Escape Prints shop. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who We Are

ArtPhotoSoul, LLC 4417 13th Street Saint Cloud, FL 34769 hello@antoinettelashley.com

Information We Collect

When you browse the Site: We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand how visitors find and use the Site. This includes information like pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.

We also use a Pinterest tag, which allows us to see when visitors arrive from Pinterest and to measure the performance of content shared there.

Rank Math, our SEO plugin, does not collect personal visitor data; it manages how our pages appear in search results.

When you leave a comment: If you comment on a blog post, we collect the name, email address, and comment content you submit through WordPress’s native comment system. We use Akismet to filter spam comments, which checks submitted comment data against its spam-detection database. Your email address is not published publicly and is used only to notify you of replies, if you opt in.

When you subscribe to our email list: If you sign up through Flodesk, we collect your name and email address. In the future, we may also ask for your birthday so we can send you relevant content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

When you make a purchase through Escape Prints: Escape Prints is embedded through Pic-Time. When you place an order, Pic-Time and our payment processor, Stripe, collect the information needed to complete your purchase, including your name, shipping address (for physical prints), email address, and payment details. We do not see or store your full card number. Your name and shipping address are also shared with our archival print partner solely to produce and fulfill your order. Pic-Time, Stripe, and our archival print partner each maintain their own privacy and security practices governing how they handle this data.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may share your order confirmation and related correspondence with Stripe and the applicable card network as part of resolving that dispute, consistent with our Terms of Service.
