These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, the blog, and the purchase of fine art photography prints through escapeprints.antoinettelashley.com/art. By using the site, reading the blog, or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

You may browse, read, and share content from antoinettelashley.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

About Escape Prints

Escape Prints is a fine art photography print shop operated by ArtPhotoSoul, LLC. All images are original works created and owned by Antoinette Lashley. Prints are produced on demand through our archival print partner and fulfilled directly to your specified address.

Orders

Placing an Order: By completing checkout, you confirm that the information you provided, including your name, shipping address, and payment details, is accurate and complete. Orders are not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation by email.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Because each print is produced to order by our archival print lab, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order has typically entered production and cannot be modified or canceled.

To request a change, email hello@antoinettelashley.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of your completed purchase is the price you pay. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Production and Shipping

Third-Party Production: All prints are produced by our archival print partner, an independent archival print studio. While we select our archival print partner for their exceptional quality and archival standards, production timelines are subject to their studio capacity and are outside our direct control. We will communicate any known delays as promptly as possible.

Production Time: Each print is produced on demand by our archival print partner. Please allow up to 21 days for production before your order ships. This timeline is provided in good faith and may vary during high-volume periods or due to circumstances beyond our control or those of our archival print partner. Total delivery time is up to 21 days of production plus your selected shipping transit time.

Shipping: Orders are shipped via a tracked carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Escape Prints and ArtPhotoSoul, LLC are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control once the order has left our archival print partner’s facility.

Shipping Availability: At this time, Escape Prints ships within the United States only. Orders cannot be fulfilled to addresses outside the US. If you attempt to place an order with a non-US shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged in transit or with a verified print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a clear photograph of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, coordinating directly with our archival print partner as needed.

All Sales Final: Because each print is produced to order specifically for you using archival materials, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variation attributable to differences in screen calibration.

Please review all product details, dimensions, paper descriptions, and listing notes carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a print, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Color accuracy note: Fine art print colors may differ slightly from how an image appears on your screen due to individual monitor calibration. This is a normal characteristic of fine art printing and is not considered a defect.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly at hello@antoinettelashley.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly.

Initiating a chargeback for a reason addressed by these terms, including change of mind, color expectations, or size selection, may be considered a violation of this agreement. In any dispute proceeding, we reserve the right to submit these terms, your order confirmation, and all relevant correspondence as evidence to Stripe and to the applicable card network.

Stripe processes all payments on this site. Their dispute process operates independently of our policies. A chargeback submitted through your bank may result in a $15 dispute fee charged to us by Stripe, regardless of the outcome.

Intellectual Property

All writing, photography, images, and creative content on this website, including on the blog, are the exclusive property of Antoinette Lashley and ArtPhotoSoul, LLC, and are protected under United States copyright law.

Purchasing a print grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to display that print in your home or private space. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights. You may not:

• Reproduce, scan, or copy the print for redistribution in any form, commercial or personal
• Use any image or written content from this website in any publication, social media post, website, advertisement, or other media without prior written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the images, prints, or blog content
